Product introduction
Inorganic fireproof sound absorbing decoration panel is pressed by mechanical mould with high-tech and advanced production technology, and by use of special inorganic natural environmental friendly material, it is the latest generation of building energy saving and environmental protection product. It has been successively listed Chinese engineering construction key promoted and applied product and national quality guarantee product by National High-Tech Construction & Building Material Industrialization Committee.
Product features
l Fire resistance: inflammable under 800 °C, no flame under 800 °C, flaming retarding property reaches GB862A grade.
l Water resistance: no deformation, softening, molding or rotting due to influence of water, steam and humidity.
l Light weight: surface density is 0.85 – 1.27 g/cm3, with small building load, it is an ideal light-weighted building material.
l Super strength: high anti-shocking and anti-bending strength, with good toughness and rigidity.
l Stability: low humid swelling rate, hot shrinkage rate, and dry shrinkage rate, stable shape, no deformation.
l Sound insulation: 6mm-thinck panel’s sound insulation volume is 29 dB, with good sound insulation performance.
l Heat insulation: heat conductivity coefficient is 0.216 W(m.k), with good heat insulation performance.
l Endurance: no frost appearing and salt recovery, strength increases with time, long service life.
l Cold resistance: resist -40 °C and increase, long service life.
l Easy assembly: can be sawed, cut with knife, pasted, nailed, painted, surface pasted, with strong nail-holding force.
l Environmental friendly: contain no asbestos, formaldehyde, ammonium and other harmful substances, harmless to food and human body.
